Florida – 100% USDA Home Loan Mortgage Requirements

Like all home loan programs, the USDA mortgage requirements have changed over the past few years. Keeping up with the all the recent  mortgage program changes can be a challenge to say the least. The most notable USDA loan changes over the past few years has been related to credit /income requirements, funding fee, etc. In addition, the USDA – Rural Development property location eligibility (the property locations that currently quality for the program as Rural) will also be changing in the near future.  Please click here for details about the upcoming changes regarding eligible USDA property locations.  Many homebuyers will be without the last remaining 100% home loan option once the eligible USDA mortgage locations change in the fall.  Florida locations that are currently USDA eligible around Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, etc will be greatly impacted by the change. Prepare now if you plan to purchase a home in the next 6 months and want to use the No Money down USDA home loan.
